Booking Guide

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: We require you to fill up an Online Booking/Inquiry Form so we may have a record of your service order, including travel details and contact information (phone, mobile, email …etc..) necessary to process your reservation request(s).

CONFIRMATION:
Travel Consultant will get back to you within 24 working hours with confirmation and instructions on how to finalize your reservation. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, we might be experiencing some technical problems but rest assured that we would promptly attend to your request as soon as it is possible for us to do so.          

LEAD TIME: Please allow 3 working days lead-time before arrival for us to process your request. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience that might arise due to urgent booking orders. 
PAYMENT: We require prepayment to finalize your reservation with the necessary voucher(s) issued by our company or by the hotel or resort, with an indicated Confirmation Number.      

All bookings must be paid in full on or before the option date given, unless a credit line has been agreed upon. Only upon receipt of proof of full payment (via fax or email) will your confirmation voucher be issued. We shall not be responsible for lapsed options due to delays in sending your payment advise.  

Payment must be NET OF ALL CHARGES. Bank Charge, TT Charge or Service Charge and must be paid by the client and not deducted from the total amount


VOUCHERS: Voucher(s) will be issued upon as soon as booking is finalized. Voucher(s) must be surrendered to the tour operators as per instructions.    

DOCUMENTS:
It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that he/she complies with the passport, visa and health requirements of the destination travelling to. Islands Accommodations cannot be held liable for  any delays, costs or illness resulting from the guest's failure to meet these requirements.              


REBOOKING/CANCELLATION/REINSTATEMENT FEES      
After ticket and tour voucher issuance, cancellation charges shall apply. Prevailing airline charges shall apply less PhP 100/ticket/way handling fee shall be charged. For hotels & tour operators, prevailing cancellation charges shall apply less transaction cost of 10% where applicable. Rebooking Fees are also dependent on carrier and tour operators prevailing policies. Handling fee & transaction cost shall be levied as well.
